Winter Help!

As the dark nights and cold days continue (and the country is awash with flood warnings), advice and support on keeping warm is being made available to Knowsley residents.

Information on how to keep yourself and your home warm, health advice and useful contacts are all detailed in a handy guide entitled "Be Prepared For Winter" from Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (KMBC).   

People are asked to check regularly on elderly neighbours and relatives to help them get the advice and support they need. This caring concern should also be extended to anyone else at risk over the winter.
