Domestic Abuse --- It's All About Choices

The Safer Knowsley Partnership's latest domestic abuse campaign is reminding residents that it is all about choices.

Victims of domestic abuse often feel isolated. The domestic abuse campaign in Knowsley aims to raise awareness of the issue as well as letting people know that help is only a phone call away.

The campaign has a dual purpose because it also seeks to help those perpetrators wishing to change their behaviour.

Domestic abuse can take many forms. For example, abusive behaviour includes verbal, psychological, emotional, social, financial, sexual and physical victimisation.
