Town Council Awards Grant!

At the Town Council's Meeting on 18 September the Mayor, Councillor Dennis Baum presented representatives of EnChord with a cheque £700 as a contribution towards an enhanced musical activity programme.

EnChord has been established for three years and welcomes young people aged 13 to 19 living locally. EnChord plays many gigs (last one being at the Knowsley Flower Show) each year and has received great acclaim with the core of participants coming from Stockbridge Village.

The grant from the Town Council will go towards the funding of a music video, gig marketing and transportation.
