In line with the Council’s commitment to transparency and good governance, the Senior Officer’s salary is set in accordance with the National Joint Council (NJC) pay scales for Local Government Services.

The salary falls within the approved scale for the post, as agreed by Full Council, and reflects the scope, responsibilities and statutory duties of the role.
