Bob Whiley Community Centre --- Under New Management!

A Service Level Agreement has been concluded between the Town Council and Knowsley Village Community Association. The Community Association will now manage the Bob Whiley Community Centre on behalf of the Town Council for the benefit of local residents.

The Service Level Agreement will run for five years and commenced on 1 October 2013.

The Agreement is viewed as an excellent example of community engagement whereby the Town Council is actively supporting a voluntary organisation run a public facility on behalf of the local community.
