Have A Greener Christmas!

We are all getting ready for Christmas and the festive spirit is gradually taking over. A few shopping days left and this weekend's papers will be full of the forthcoming television schedules. Deep joy!

Here are some top recycling tips to help you have a greener Christmas. Remember, you can recycle:

1. Wrapping paper (except foil paper). Don't forget to fold it flat and remove all labels, tags, bows and sellotape.

2. Christmas cards (except hand crafted versions).

3. Glass bottles and jars.

4. Drinks and food cans.

5. Flattened cardboard boxes - remove all plastic and polystyrene packaging.

6. Please DO NOT put plastic bags in your recycling bin.
