Let's Go Fly A Kite - Up To The Highest Height!

We all know the famous song written by Sherman and Sherman. Don't we? Well, what film does it come from and who were the two principal singers? Answers supplied at the foot of this post....

When was the last time you made or flew a kite? A long time, I bet. Fortunately, the time is upon us for you to make a kite and fly it to the highest height.

There is a Kite Making Workshop at Court Hey Park (Roby Road, Huyton, L16 3NA) on Saturday 15 March 2014 (1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.). You'll learn how to make your own kite and have a go at flying it in the park. All materials provided. Let's hope for windy weather!

Answers: the film was Mary Poppins and the song was sung at the very end by David Tomlinson and Dick van Dyke.
