Pension Discretions

Since 1997, the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) Regulations have required every employer to issue a written policy statement on how it will exercise the various discretions provided by the LGPS.

The Policy Statement for Knowsley Town Council was approved, under delegated powers, by the Human Resources Committee .
