You will have a wonderful memorable afternoon where you will learn practical ways to stay strong and resilient. We will be using laughter and music to help turn your bad days into good days, advice and referral agencies will be on hand.

Afternoon tea will be served and we have fantastic entertainment by Rachael Russell, Paul Mc Coy and Dave Ashley.
