The Tour Comes Tomorrow --- Where To Catch The Race

The Tour Of Britain is now well underway and Stage Three comes to Knowsley tomorrow, Tuesday 17 September. It is now time to start thinking about the best places to watch the UK's biggest cycle race.

The streets will be lined with thousands of spectators hoping to catch a glimpse of some of the world's top cyclists as they compete against the clock in an individual time trial.

The time trial commences at 12.00 noon. It begins at Knowsley Safari Park and makes its way through Prescot and Knowsley Village before finishing back at the Safari Park.

Knowsley Village will be a great place to view the action as over one hundred elite cyclists speed down Knowsley Lane before turning up Mill Lane (just after the Village Hall) and returning to the Safari Park. Just remember, there will be road restrictions in and around Knowsley Village. Plan your day carefully!
