Town Council Awards Another Grant!

The Town Council has recently awarded £85 to the Care and Respite Support Service (CARSS). The application was considered by the General Purposes and Community Grants Committee. The application was based upon a contribution to the forthcoming Christmas Party.

The Christmas Dinner Party is a greatly welcomed treat for adults with disabilities, the elderly, frail and carers. It is the first application that CARSS has made to the Town Council and we were happy to support those individuals living in the township.

CARSS is a registered charity that provides home, community and educational care support for individuals with sensory, learning and physical disabilities, the elderly and frail. It is based in Warrington Road, Prescot and can be contacted by telephoning 0151-289 2761.
