Unfortunately, homelessness doesn't end at Christmas. January and February are traditionally our busiest time, as family relations breakdown and Christmas goodwill disappears. And with the current stormy weather it's vital that we help people indoors and accessing our services. Saturday 7th March - 7am sunrise stroll
Our Outreach Team are out from 6am in the morning until late evening, walking at least 5 miles a day to support people who are sleeping rough in our city. You can show your support and help end homelessness by joining us for this 5 mile waterfront walk along Otterspool promenade.
We will walk from Liverpool City Centre along Otterspool promenade to Riversdale Merseyside Police Sports and Social Association in Aigburth as the sun rises. Start the day with the dawn - a chilly, refreshing start to the day whilst chatting to friends and family, and meeting other participants. We'll provide all walkers with a glow stick and once you cross the finish line you’ll be treated to a delicious breakfast butty to celebrate your achievement!
