Family-friendly events throughout the school summer holidays
Residents and visitors to our town centres can once again look forward to a programme of FREE, fun-filled events this summer.
Launching on Saturday 23 July, Halewood shopping centre, Huyton Village Centre along with Kirkby and Prescot town centres will host family-friendly events throughout the school summer holidays.
Events will take place on Saturdays unless noted otherwise below:
Halewood Shopping Centre
(between 11am – 3pm)
Saturday 23 July – The Acro Chaps, Punch and Judy show, carousel music box, The Cheeky Charlies 3-piece Dixie band, craft workshop
Saturday 20 August – The Halewood Games, The Wonky Olympics, The PE Teachers
Wednesday 24 August – Dinosaur Invasion

20 August – Jurassic Journey dinosaur event, dino trail and Jurassic Jeep
27 August – Stars and cars: Meet the Osbournes, Freddie Mercury, Batman, Gotham City Police car and Ghostbusters car
