Knowsley Town Council is seeking to appoint a reliable and motivated Caretaker/Handyperson to support the safe, secure and effective operation of Town Council buildings and facilities. This is a practical and varied part-time role, including evening and weekend work as required. The post also includes participation in a monthly out-of-hours call-out rota in response to building alarm activations when Council buildings are closed. 
Hours: 25 hours per week
Hourly rate: £14.01
Essential requirements
• Full, clean driving licence
• Access to own transport
• Willingness and ability to participate in a monthly out-of-hours emergency call-out rota


The successful candidate will be subject to satisfactory references and a medical examination.
